Darc matter is a decentralized platform for an alternative fund industry, the parent company was established in 2014 and has made a solid foundation offering investment services to powerful clients such as JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and other large institutions.

Darc matter has offices in New York (Headquarters), Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Seoul and South Korea. The company has been offering financial services that include Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Venture Capital funds and plans to decentralize their services using blockchain technology via their platform where investors can choose investment from curated alternative investments available in their platform.

The blockchain and the capabilities of the distributed ledger have the capability of bringing transparency and security into an industry that has been ripe with fraud and opacity since its inception.
